Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We adhere strictly to Paddle’s standard consumer refund policies. You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

To request a refund, please reply directly to your original Paddle order receipt email. Paddle’s buyer support team will process your request in accordance with their global terms of sale.
